I am a firm believer that life is all about Spirit, or by Love.  Everything we see and experience is because of Love, even if it appears to be a "negative" thing.  I intend to use this page to share my thoughts on this, as well as any related thoughts shared by those who choose to write in.

How long has it been since you've just been quiet?  Have you taken any time lately to just be still and connect with whatever Higher Power you acknowledge?
